Fortunately, the situation is still in my childhood and not yet severe. To prevent my condition from worsening, I need to stay close to Rachel, the villainess who is part of the treatment plan.
“Don’t ever come near me again,” she says.
“I can’t stand loud and chaotic things.”
“We don’t need that, so just leave.”
…Of course, it isn’t easy staying by the side of such a sharp-tongued villainess. Still, I work diligently to avoid the original story and survive. Yet despite my efforts, it seems we can’t completely escape the plot, and eventually we are forced to part ways.
Ten years later, the once cold-hearted villainess unexpectedly sends a handsome bodyguard, seemingly worried about my safety. His words and behavior feel strangely familiar, reminding me of Rachel, though his personality appears different at first glance.
Maybe it’s just my imagination… or so I think.
“Are you planning a contract marriage? You’re already holding my hand like this after marriage,” he says, closing the distance between us until I can feel his breath. “You should also kiss.”
His face is undeniably male, and far too close for comfort. Could he really be doing this to someone else? Wait—wasn’t he supposed to be the villain?
